Return policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

If you received a damaged item, please get in touch ASAP with pictures of the damaged product making sure to include images of the print side to verify authenticity.

Do the prints arrive framed?

No, all prints arrived unframed allowing you to choose the frame that best suits your decor. However, we do offer several frame options, so if you would prefer a framed print, please contact us for a quote.
