At Alderluxe, we are dedicated to bringing unique and inspiring art into your space. We take great pride in our work, ensuring every piece is printed on high-quality, museum-grade thick matte paper. Your satisfaction is our highest priority.
While we are confident in the quality of our prints, we understand that issues can sometimes occur during printing or transit. Please find our policy for returns and replacements below.

Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items
We will happily replace any items that arrive misprinted, damaged, or defective.
- Claim Window: Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after you receive the product.
- How to Submit a Claim: Please get in touch with our customer support team right away via our Contact Us page. In your message, please include:
- Your order number.
- A brief description of the issue.
- Clear photos of the damaged product. Please ensure you include images of the print side to help us verify its authenticity.
- Resolution: Once our team reviews your photos and confirms the damage, we will ship a new print to you completely free of charge. There is no need to ship the original item back to us.

Packages Lost in Transit
If your order seems to be lost, we are here to help.
- Claim Window: For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
- How to Submit a Claim: If your order's tracking information hasn't updated or your package hasn't arrived by the estimated delivery date, please contact us.
- Resolution: We will work with the carrier to track down your package. The time required to officially declare a package as "lost" can vary by carrier. Once it is confirmed as lost, we will ship a new print to you at no additional cost.

A Note on Custom Orders & Exceptions
Because each Alderluxe art print is created on-demand specifically for you, we are unable to support returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- You ordered the wrong size or color.
- You have simply changed your mind.
We strongly encourage you to double-check the size and style of the print before placing your order. If you have any questions about a piece, please feel free to reach out to us before making a purchase.
